Advanced Condensate Solutions
The SEPURA range of condensate cleaners separates oil from the condensate generated by compressed air systems. The SEPURA uses a specially designed filter, instead of a weir, to remove the oil from the condensate, the remaining water can then be disposed of safely.
Principle workings of the SEPURA
- The unique polypropylene primary filter offers substantial benefits over submerged static filter designs.
- The primary filter element uses various types of absorption and adsorption
- technologies to achieve the lowest possible oil residue values.
- The primary separation filter depressurises the incoming condensate, actively removing the bulk of the oil from the condensate as it flows through the filter, the oil is filtered out, while the purified water passes freely towards the next separation stage.
- The primary separation element offers maximum filtration as it operates only above the water level.
- The secondary stage incorporates specially selected activated carbon to polish
- out the remaining contaminants.
