For SEPURA models SEP 120 / 360 / 900 / 1800 ST

Condensate Systems Ltd guarantees the quality and performance of your SEPURA condensate cleaner for its full life expectancy of 10 years from installation, subject to the following conditions:

Filter bags must be renewed at recommended intervals using original SEPURA filters.
No modifications are to be carried out.
The unit must be installed as per manufacturer’s instructions, and within its stated capacity.
Weekly checks on outlet quality are to be performed.

Warranty is limited to the provision of a direct replacement unit in the event of physical failure, or a larger size of cleaner should the performance prove inadequate. Malicious damage and impact damage are not covered under this warranty. The final arbiter of performance measurement will be the SEPURA condensate testing device.

Water Resources Act (2003) indemnity.

If the installation of your SEPURA condensate cleaner meets the standards outlined in 1, 2, 3 & 4 above, yet fails to perform correctly, resulting in a prosecution under the above Act, Condensate Systems Ltd will reimburse the owner or operator of the system to the value of any fine imposed as a result, up to £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds).
